If an item you want is out of stock, please contact our Customer Service team to check if it will be re-stocked and when.


Size guide

Please refer to our Size Chart to ensure you choose the correct size when ordering your dress. You can select the standard size option if your measurements align with our size chart.

If you cannot find your measurements on the size chart, we recommend you choose the Custom Size option. With this option, we will tailor your dress according to the measurements you provide. Additionally, if you would like a specific length for your dress, please leave a message for us in the Special Instructions column on the shopping bag page, or email us within 24 hours once you have placed the order. We will consult our tailors to see if the change can be made. If yes, we will prepare the dress per your request to ensure a perfect fit.

Color guide

Please refer to our Color Chart to ensure you choose the correct color. The featured colors are as close as possible to the fabric; however, screen resolution can still cause slight variations between pictures and products. Therefore, we recommend you order a fabric swatch to double-check the color before deciding.


Color difference

Please be aware that color differences may exist when selecting the same color for different materials.

How to order extra fabrics?

In addition to color swatches, we also offer extra fabrics that can be used for dress alterations or to create accessories such as shawls, wraps, pocket squares, fabric flowers, groom ties, and more.
Please note that due to the high volume of orders, we cannot guarantee that the fabric you purchase will be from the same batch as your dress, which may result in slight color differences. We recommend ordering both the fabric and dress together to avoid this issue. If you have already placed an order and need to add a note, please contact our customer service within 24 hours, so we can try our best to match the fabrics' colors to your dress. If the fabrics you need aren't listed, please contact our Customer Service team.
